Service Scope
The store provides users with clothing product sales, order consultation, logistics tracking, after-sales service and relevant shopping consultation services. The service objects are natural persons with full capacity for civil conduct or legal business entities in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
User Obligations
When registering and using the store's services, users must provide true, accurate and complete information, and shall not use others' information fraudulently. When shopping, they must abide by the store rules and order agreements, and shall not place malicious orders, brush orders, defraud, etc. Otherwise, the store has the right to cancel the order, freeze the account and pursue relevant responsibilities.
Product Information
The store will try its best to ensure that the information on the product detail page (such as price, size, material, pictures) is true and accurate. However, there may be slight color difference or size deviation due to factors such as shooting light and display differences, and the actual product shall prevail. Product prices may be adjusted due to activities, and price changes after placing an order will not affect the transaction amount of the generated order.
Order Effectiveness and Cancellation
The order takes effect officially after the user submits the order and completes the payment. Users can cancel the order by themselves before it takes effect. If they need to cancel after it takes effect, they need to contact customer service for review. If the review is passed and the product has not been shipped, a full refund can be made; if the product has been shipped, it shall be handled in accordance with the return policy.
After-Sales Service
The store provides 7×12 hours customer service (9:00-21:00). Users can consult questions through online customer service, phone, email, etc., and the customer service will respond in a timely manner and assist in solving them. After-sales service must comply with the relevant provisions of these terms and the return policy.
Term Changes
The store has the right to modify these service terms in accordance with legal and regulatory updates or business adjustments. The modified terms will be announced on the homepage of the store. Continuing to use the store's services after the announcement shall be deemed that the user accepts the modified terms.
Disclaimer
The store shall not be liable for compensation for service delays, order abnormalities and other problems caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, logistics interruptions), third-party service failures (such as payment system and logistics system abnormalities) or the user's own reasons, but will try its best to assist in solving them.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users and the store shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the store is located, or submit it to the relevant arbitration institution for arbitration.
