Shipping Policy

Delivery Scope

The store supports global shipping. Domestic orders cover all regions of mainland China (shipping fee and time limit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions need to be consulted separately).

Shipment Time

In-stock orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after successful payment. For pre-ordered items, the shipment time shall be subject to the indication on the product detail page. Shipment time will be delayed by 1-2 working days on holidays.

Logistics Selection

Domestic orders are shipped via ZTO, YTO or Yunda Express by default; international orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or EMS by default. The specific logistics method will be adjusted according to the shipping address.

Shipping Fee Calculation

Domestic orders with a paid amount of over 299 yuan are free of shipping fee; for orders under 299 yuan, a basic shipping fee of 8-15 yuan will be charged. International shipping fee is comprehensively calculated based on the destination country/region, product weight and volume, and the specific amount will be automatically displayed when placing the order.

Logistics Tracking

After the order is shipped, the system will automatically send the logistics tracking number to the user's account and reserved mobile phone number. Users can query the logistics progress through the store's order center or the official website of the corresponding courier company.

Time Limit Description

The domestic delivery time is usually 3-7 working days, and the international delivery time is usually 7-21 working days. The time limit may be extended due to force majeure factors such as weather and customs clearance. The store will try its best to assist in following up.
