Return Policy
Return Period
Users can apply for return within 7 days for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders after receiving the goods, provided that the return conditions are met. No returns will be accepted after the deadline.
Return Conditions
The goods must be in a brand-new and unused state, with tags and packaging intact and undamaged, no stains, odors or man-made damage. Customized products, intimate clothing (such as underwear, swimwear) and unpacked accessories do not support returns without quality problems.
Return Process
1) Users submit a return application through the store's order center and upload photos of the product status and relevant certificates; 2) Customer service will review the application within 24 hours, and inform the return address and precautions after approval; 3) Users send the goods back within 3 working days. The return shipping fee for domestic orders shall be borne by the user (except for quality problems), and the return shipping fee for international orders shall be borne by the user; 4) After the store receives the return and passes the inspection, the refund will be completed within 3-5 working days, and the refund will be returned to the user's payment account in the original way.
Handling of Quality Problems
If the product has quality problems (such as fabric damage, workmanship defects, size inconsistent with the label, etc.), the user must take photos for evidence and contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods. After verification, the user can choose to return, exchange or reissue the product, and the relevant shipping fees shall be borne by the store.
Non-Returnable Situations
For returns caused by personal reasons of the user (such as dislike, wrong size selection, wrong order), if the product has been used, damaged or the packaging is missing, the store has the right to refuse the return application; no return or refund will be given for product damage caused by force majeure factors.
